Your 70 min session (50 min Massage included) will begin with a relaxing dry brushing over the back
to exfoiliate and prepare the skin for the rich black mud. A warm towel will be applied
over the entire back and set with heat packs to allow the Moor Mud to deeply penetrate the muscle.
The mud will then be removed with hot towels and followed up with the ultimate
back and body massage focusing on all your sore muscles.
